This Donations Terms & Refund Policy explains how donations are handled, what donors should expect, and when refunds are possible.

1. Nature of donations

Donations are voluntary contributions to support site operations and content. Donations do not create a contract for goods or services unless explicitly stated. Payment processing is handled by third-party platforms (e.g., Buy Me a Coffee) and is subject to their terms and privacy policies.

2. Donation processing & anonymity

We do not directly process payment card data. Donors may be able to give anonymously via the third-party platform if that feature is offered. We keep donation records for accounting and tax purposes.

3. Refunds

Refunds are provided only in limited circumstances:

• Duplicate payments made in error.
• Technical errors during payment processing.
• When a promised benefit directly tied to the donation is not delivered (if any).
